Police say a 22-year-old man was hit and killed by a Dump truck Monday while riding his bicycle on Central Avenue in Bethpage.

Authorities say Joseph Masi, of Levittown, was riding westbound on Central Avenue at the intersection of Stewart Avenue when he was struck. Emergency responders transported Masi to Nassau University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police say no criminality is suspected and the driver of the truck will not be charged.
