Ben and Jerry's is slimming down to keep up with the latest health craze.
The company has released its new line of light ice cream called “Moo-phoria.”
The ice cream comes in flavors like chocolate milk and cookies, caramel cookie fix and peanut butter dough.
Ben and Jerry's, whose founders are from Merrick, says the new ice creams have between 140 and 160 calories per serving.
The move is an attempt to compete with Halo Top, a low-calorie, low-sugar ice cream that's quickly gaining a strong following.
