4h agoThe future upgrades coming to the Belmont Park racetrack just got another boost on Monday.
The state's Gaming Commission announced that its upgrades will include improved housing for backstretch workers.
The racetrack’s grandstand is already set to undergo a modernization as part of a $455 million loan. Those funds are part of the new state budget.
The track project is not expected to cost taxpayers any money.
