Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone provided his Tuesday COVID-19 update.

- Bellone says Suffolk is at 4 of 7 metrics needed to begin reopening.
- Bellone: Hospital bed capacity issue will not hold county back, currently working on contact tracing.
- County not meeting new hospitalizations, 14-day decline in hospital deaths, along with contact tracers.

- Will continue to work with Nassau County in reopening, along with other local officials.
- Increase in cases by 209 - no antibody testing numbers reported.
- Death toll rises by 22 Mondayup to total of 1,639.
- Weekend numbers from hospitals (no Monday update):  Saturday saw decrease in 52 patients. Sunday saw decrease in 61 hospitalizations. Total of 590 hospitalizations.
- Available beds - 890. 70% capacity metric reached.
- 153 COVID-19 patients discharged over weekend.
- 881 antibody tests administered for SCPD, 51 positives.
