A razor thin piece of Suffolk County land that is 1-foot wide and 1,885-feet deep was up for sale in Napeague.

The area is a stretch of Montauk Highway that is along the ocean from East Hampton to Montauk.

Officials say two Manhattan financiers got into a bidding war over the land, according to Newsday.

In the end, the winning bid was $120,000.

Suffolk County officials expected to sell the land for $10.
