Residents of First Street in Bayville are fighting with a neighbor to get their street repaved.

The Homeowner?s Association says a storage container parked next to John Muzio?s home is the reason the street cannot be repaved. According to residents, Muzio?s container forces him to park his cars around the street and block the entrance. Officials say Muzio was supposed to have the situation resolved by April 2001 and that he has received tickets to clean up and move the container.

Muzio says the street is not for public use and he has the right to the center line of the street according to his deed.
