2h agoBank of America customers are once again able to access their accounts after reporting issues with transactions earlier Friday.
Customers told News 12 they were not able to make transactions at ATMs and branches. Some were not able to use their credit cards or get the app on their phone.
Viewers took to the News 12 Facebook page to complain about not being able to get anything done. One viewer wrote, "banking online is a nightmare today!"
The issue appeared to be nationwide.
Bank of America issued a statement saying, "All clients now have full access to online and mobile banking services. Please rest assured all client information remains secure."
