Two men from Suffolk County were arrested in a federal bust of a catalytic converter crime theft ring, authorities say.
Authorities say the operation brought in more than $500 million.
Adam Sharkey, 26, of West Islip and Robert Gary Sharkey, 57, of Babylon were two of the 21 people arrested in connection to the ring.
The operation is also linked to at least eight other states.
