Bronx man accused of $28K phone scam targeting Center Moriches woman

A North Bellmore man is facing charges after police say he was seen committing a lewd act inside his car on Friday afternoon.

Investigators say the car was parked on Little Neck Avenue just after 3 p.m.

Nassau police say two underage girls caught 64-year-old Guy Bellomo Jr. in the act.

Officers located and arrested Bellomo Jr. without incident after an investigation.

He is charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Bellomo Jr. was set to be arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead as of Saturday afternoon.
