The limo driver involved in a deadly crash near a Cutchogue winery wants the charges against him dismissed.
Carlos Pino, of Old Bethpage, is facing criminally negligent homicide in the deaths of four young women on a winery tour.
Prosecutors say Pino failed to check oncoming traffic when he tried to make a U-turn on County Route 48 last July.
However, Pino's lawyers claim there's no evidence to support the charges.
Pino's lawyers have now filed a motion to review grand jury evidence.
