Sunday?s arraignment for a man accused of going on a shooting spree in Queens was postponed because the suspect was in Bellevue Hospital undergoing a psychiatric evaluation. Matthew Colletta, 34, has been charged with second-degree murder, assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon. Police say Colletta fired shots in nine different locations in Queens within a five-hour time span, injuring five people and killing 51-year-old Todd Upton of Massapequa Park. Colletta?s attorney, Todd Greenburg, says his client has a history of mental illness and drug problems. Prosecutors say regardless of Colletta?s mental state, he will be held responsible for his actions. Queens District Attorney Richard Brown anticipates Colletta will be arraigned in the next few days.
