Former Southampton Town Supervisor Anna Throne-Holst has won the Democratic primary for the 1st Congressional District.
Throne-Holst will face off with Republican Rep. Lee Zeldin in November.



The former Southampton town supervisor was declared the primary winner today after about 1,800 absentee ballots were counted.



She won by 319 votes after leading by just 29 votes on primary night.
