Nassau police have arrested a woman for allegedly having everything she needed to practice dentistry - except a license.

Martha Barra, 40, was arrested Monday evening after she called police about a patient who didn't pay her bill. Police said officers became suspicious after not seeing any diplomas or educational certificates on the walls. They then questioned Barra, and said she admitted to not being certified in New York state.

Barra, who ran the practice in Franklin Square, told police she was licensed in Colombia.
