girlfriend were found dead inside their Shirley home on Thursday.
According to police, officers
responded to 11 Park Circle following a 911 call from the location at 4:48 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found
Destiny Leinfus, 20, and Gavin Bifalco, 19, deceased from gunshot wounds inside
the house.
Detectives
are investigating who fired the shots. Detectives believe one or both died from
self-inflicted injuries.
The pair lived with Leinfus’ parents, police say.
An autopsy will be performed by personnel from the Office of the Suffolk County
Medical Examiner.
