ALERT CENTER: 10-year-old girl reported missing in Hempstead

According to detectives, Heidy Alvizure, 10, was last seen at her Hempstead residence at 1 a.m.

Police are searching for a missing 10-year-old girl from Hempstead. 
According to police, The Missing Persons Squad is investigating a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 1:00 am in Hempstead and was reported to police on Thursday, July 14, 2022 at 3:30 am. 
According to detectives, Heidy Alvizure, 10, was last seen at her Hempstead residence at 1 a.m. 
Alvizure is described as a female Hispanic, 5 feet tall, 100 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. 
Alvizure was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and sweatpants. Her destination is unknown. 
Anyone with information is asked to call police at  516-573-7347 or call 911.
