The housing lottery for units in a new Westbury complex is officially open.

There are 18 affordable rental units now up for grabs at the Cornerstone Westbury on Railroad Avenue.

The Long Island Housing Partnership is accepting submissions through July 24.

The apartments include studios, and also both one- and two-bedroom units.

Monthly rents can range from $2,000 to $2,500.
