Friends, family and fellow actors are saying their final farewell today in Manhattan to James Gandolfini.

No cameras were allowed inside the funeral Mass held at one of the city's biggest churches, Saint John the Divine.

However, the New York Post reports HBO filmed the service for Gandolfini's family.

Yesterday, a private wake was held in Park Ridge, N.J. where the "Sopranos" star grew up.

Broadway dimmed its lights last night in Gandolifini's honor. The celebrated actor was nominated for a Tony Award in 2009 for his role in "God of Carnage."

Gandolfini died after suffering a heart attack while vacationing in Italy.
