A Bronx man pleaded not guilty to manslaughter charges following a fatal crash in Castle Hill.

Officials say Dimas Cuadrado is responsible for the deadly crash that killed a 27-year-old Bronx woman and injured an off-duty NYPD officer.

Wilson Torres was off duty when he and his girlfriend, Dorilys Ramos, were driving down Castle Hill Avenue early Saturday.

Police say Cuadrado sped through a red light when he crashed into their car.

According to officials, Cuadrado's blood alcohol content was .128 at the time of the crash. The legal limit to drive is 0.08.

Officers on scene of the crash say Cuadrado had red, watery eyes, slurred speech and a moderate odor of alcohol on breath.

Ramos died from the impact.

Torres was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he received treatment for a broken arm, broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Torres was released from the hospital on Thursday afternoon.

A funeral will be held for Ramos on Friday in the Bronx.

Cuadrado is due back in Bronx Criminal Court on Dec. 6.
