Authorities say a single-car accident closed part of the Southern State Parkway overnight.
Police say the collision took place at about 2 a.m. today in North Babylon between exits 38 and 39 on route 231.
Authorities say the vehicle hit several trees.
The driver and two passengers were all taken to the hospital, one with serious injuries.
