A Nassau County man has died after being hit by a car in Roosevelt.
Nathaniel Adams, 98, of Roosevelt, succumbed to his injuries a week after the crash, police say.
The incident happened on Nov. 3 on Nassau Road near West Fulton Avenue in Roosevelt.
Adams was taken to the hospital in critical condition but was pronounced dead on Nov. 10, according to Nassau police.
The 25-year-old driver stayed at the scene and is not facing charges.
