AMC says 98% of its theaters will reopen today across the U.S.

The world's biggest movie theater chain says the rest of its locations will reopen one week later.

This includes most of the AMC Theatres on Long Island, which are set to open all week starting March 29.

It's been one year since AMC closed all of its theaters in the U.S. due to the coronavirus.
