An 80-year-old woman was fatally struck by a minivan in Allerton, according to police.

Rose Young of the Bronx was hit by the 2005 Honda Odyssey at Holland Avenue and Allerton Avenue just before 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 13.

The NYPD says the driver, a 56-year-old man, was turning left onto Allerton Avenue when he struck Young.

EMS took the 80-year-old to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where she was pronounced dead.

Police say the driver stayed on scene, and no arrests have been made.
