Police say seven people were arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated at a sobriety checkpoint in Bridgehampton Saturday night.
Southampton town police say 210 vehicles passed through the checkpoint on Main Street between 10:30 p.m. and midnight.
The drivers who were arrested have been identified as Brian Kelly, 40, of Holtsville; Sean B. Manning, 31, of New York City; Edith Rogers, 45, of Shirley; Raymond Swanson, 58, of Manorville; Sergio Suculunda, 55, of Southampton; Hayley Barnhill, 23, of Nashville, Tennessee; and Bruce Holly, 54, who lives in both New York City and Southampton.
The drivers were all charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated.
Suculunda was additionally charged with unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and Swanson was cited for driving an unregistered vehicle, police say.
