5 household items to use while working out

Just because the gyms are closed doesn’t mean you can’t get in a good workout. While some have weights or machines at home, others may not. Here are five household items that may have in the house you can use to stay in shape at home.
Pantry items – the following can be used for upper body workouts such as bicep curls, tricep kickbacks and shoulder presses.
--Soup cans
--Water bottles
--Protein powder containers
Weighted backpack – fill a backpack with heavy books and strap it around the front of you – you’ve created a weighted vest!
Stair Master – love this machine at the gym? Why not climb your own stairs! For a bonus move, jump up a step or two for a box jump-style move.
