Residents packed a town hall meeting last night about the $475 million project to revive Ronkonkoma.

The transformation proposal centers around a vision to bring offices, restaurants, entertainment venues and 1,400 apartments to the 50-acres around the LIRR train station.

Supporters say people would want to live there.

Some residents worry about whether they could afford to live there.
