Police say three suspects were arrested in Suffolk Friday after holding up a cellphone store in Nassau.
According to police, two suspects armed with a handgun entered the T-Mobile store on Peninsula Boulevard in Hempstead. They allegedly ordered two employees into the store's rear office, and ordered another employee to open a register.
They took an undetermined amount of cash and several cellphones before fleeing, according to police. They took off in a black Infiniti that was driven by a third suspect.
Suffolk County police later located the vehicle on Washington Avenue in Brentwood. Three occupants in the vehicle were arrested. They have been identified as 27-year-old Oshane Morgan, of Brentwood, 28-year-old Kervyn Williams, of Brooklyn, and 18-year-old Sherwyn Clarke, also of Brooklyn.
The suspects are being charged with first- and second-degree robbery. Williams is additionally charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
