A car veered off of a Selden road and slammed into a home early Saturday morning, sending three people to the hospital.
The incident happened at the corner of College Road and Cherry Street around dawn. A Honda Civic jumped a curb and smashed into the side of a home.
Police say two people inside the home were taken to Stony Brook University Hospital after one was injured in the crash and the other suffered a "medical condition."
The driver, a 23-year-old Port Jefferson Station man, was also hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
The identities of those involved were not released.
It's unclear what caused the crash.
