As Bayonne prepares for its Veterans Day Parade this Sunday, the city is asking residents to help recognize the men and women who served the United States.
It's part of Project 705, an effort to honor the 705 Bayonne residents who have served in the U.S. military over the years.
Residents who do not yet have a poster are encouraged to swing by the Bayonne Museum on Saturday to pick one up.
The project is designed to ensure that Bayonne's veterans, both living and deceased, are remembered and recognized.
The Veterans Day Parade begins at noon Sunday.
