Slattery Moving & Storage celebrates 35 years with new Nanuet location
The family-owned moving and storage company marks a milestone with the opening of a new office near its original Rockland County location.

Slattery Moving & Storage celebrated a major milestone Thursday, cutting the ribbon on its new Nanuet office.
The new location at 147 Main St. is a short distance from where the company first opened 35 years ago in Rockland County near the Nanuet Train Station.
Owner Lawrence Slattery credits the company’s longevity to the team that has helped build and sustain the business over decades.
"How you stay in business for 35 years is basically your team," said Lawrence Slattery, of Slattery Moving & Storage. "A solid team built out and around you, you're unstoppable. And it's not really one person who does it. It's the full team."
In addition to its new Nanuet office, Slattery Moving & Storage also operates a location in Haverstraw.
