Police are on the hunt for a woman who they say tried to kidnap a 4-year-old boy Monday afternoon in Crown Heights.

Officers say the woman tried to forcefully grab the young boy in front of 1133 Eastern Parkway around 5 p.m.

The woman was unsuccessful and ran down Utica Avenue.

Police urge anyone who recognizes the woman or knows her whereabouts to call them.
