Police are on the search for a credit card thief in Brooklyn.
A woman's debit and credit cards were stolen from a restricted area inside Woodhull Hospital, according to authorities.
Authorities say the cards were taken from her purse back on May 22. More than a month later, police say a male suspect allegedly tried to buy electronics with one of the stolen cards at a Best Buy on Bay Parkway.
The purchase was unsuccessful, and the suspect fled.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the NYPD.
