New indoor pickleball facility opens in Rockland

The Rockland Pickleball Club in Valley Cottage held its ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday morning in Valley Cottage.
The event marked the official unveiling of the club’s cushioned indoor courts and several high-tech additions, including instant replay features designed to enhance play.
The club is owned by a husband-and-wife team from Westchester.
Co-owner Rich Blasetti said, "I'm happy that we're finally here. Construction's over. We've been open for a couple months now. The community absolutely loves us."
Players can reserve court time through the facility’s app, which offers bookings seven days a week from 7 a.m. to midnight.
