Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man accused of criminal sexual contact with a woman on the Rutgers Livingston campus.

Authorities say the victim was grabbed just after 5 p.m. near the retail area on Joyce Kilmer Avenue.

The suspect is described as a 5’9” 18 to 25 year old with blonde hair and short facial hair.

He was wearing gray sweatpants and a hooded sweatshirt at the time of the incident.
