Police say a man has died following a crash on the Long Island Expressway in Holbrook.

According to police, the man had a medical episode and crashed into a guardrail on the North Service Road.

It happened near the intersection of Laurel Street around 1 a.m.

The man died at the hospital.

He has not been identified.
