Police: 2 women arrested in Smithtown massage parlor raid

A massage parlor raid ended with the arrest of two employees Friday night in Smithtown, according to police.
Officers say Lina Yang, of Syosset, and Shuqin Zhao, of Lake Ronkonkoma, were apprehended after a search at Ruby Spa on Smithtown Boulevard.
Yang was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession, criminal nuisance and prostitution.
Zhao was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession.
Both suspects are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
The Smithtown Fire Marshal also deemed the parlor unsafe for occupancy.
