Longwood High School student Nolan Horn passed away this weekend after a 2-year battle with a rare and rapidly progressing form of brain cancer.
Ina letter, the district superintendent said Nolan’s love for family, friends, baseball, golf and Longwood was evident in everything he did.
Wake services will be held Tuesday and Wednesday at Branch Funeral Home in Miller Place.
A Mass is being held Thursday at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church in Shoreham.
