A third teen has been arrested for allegedly causing $600,000 in damage to a Shelter Island home.
Police say 19-year-old Christian Stepalovitch, of Sayville, is one of the five people who vandalized the home in April 2023.
Neighbors tell News 12 the group used kitchen knives to destroy walls, lamps and clothing.
Two other 18-year-olds from Sayville were arrested in connection to the crime already.
Stepalovitch was released on supervised probation.
Police are still searching for two more people in connection to the case.
