Steven Frigand, accused of shooting out of his North Massapequa basement apartment in August and striking two homes, was arraigned on a 92-count indictment on Tuesday.

He pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors said he had assault weapons, high-capacity magazines and a large amount of cocaine in the basement on Sussex Avenue.

Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly said one of the homes struck had three sleeping children inside, and a bullet came through a wall and passed over a child. She said a parent in the home got all three kids on the floor and waited until police arrived.

Frigand’s attorney Rachel Ostreich asked for a psychiatric evaluation of her client, which the judge granted.

Ostreich said Frigand has the support of his family.

He is behind bars, being held on $2 million cash bail and is due back in court next month.
