Suffolk District Attorney Ray Tierney says 35-year-old Jason Middleton forced an inmate to perform oral sex on him at the Riverhead Jail in an area where he knows there are no cameras.
Middleton threatened to plant illegal contraband if they refused to perform the act, according to prosecutors.
News 12 is told the incidents happened between April and September.
