Two Nassau officers were honored as the county's top cops for apprehending the man accused in a wrong-way crash that killed two Roslyn teenagers.

Nassau County legislators presented officers Kevin Conley and Kyle Fagan with a proclamation Monday detaining Amandeep Singh, who police say was driving drunk in Jericho during the May crash.
