'Maybe she's an angel.' Food truck owner reunites with retired nurse who saved his life

A retired nurse and the man she saved were reunited Wednesday in Baldwin.
Giovanni Feleppa was cooking inside his food truck while talking to a friend when he collapsed. His friend was desperately trying to get into the truck, but the door was locked.
Margaret Wall and her husband were driving when they saw what was going on.
"We saw his friend frantically running around the truck, we knew something was wrong," Wall says.
Wall, a retired cardiac nurse from Lynbrook, climbed through a window and found Feleppa laying on the ground. She checked him for a pulse and then started CPR.
Feleppa says Wall got his pulse back but didn't leave her name. Feleppa's family was able to find her, so they could thank her in person for saving his life.
"I'm so happy she showed, maybe she's an angel because she was there at the right time," Feleppa says. "Do you know how much that means to me? It means a lot. When somebody, a stranger gives you life."
Feleppa is planning a trip to Italy with his family, and he credits Wall with allowing him to return home at least one more time.
