Rikers Island inmate Daniel Fuentes accused of vicious sex attack in Fulton Avenue building in Hempstead
A Rikers Island inmate has been accused of a vicious sex attack in Hempstead five months ago. Police say that in April, Daniel Fuentes followed a woman into an elevator in a Fulton Avenue building.
