Police: Wrong-way driver drove drunk, had drugs in car

Police say they caught a Manorville woman driving drunk and going the wrong way on Montauk Highway this morning. Officers pulled over 23-year-old Brittny Fanning at around 3 a.m. near South Ocean Avenue
