Man accused of hitting toddler while shouting ethnic slurs in Patchogue
A Farmingville man was arrested Sunday for allegedly hitting a 2-year-old while shouting ethnic slurs in Patchogue. Police say 27-year-old Harley Heyward continually taunted patrons of the Super Laundromat
