Police say two homes went up in flames in Uniondale less than an hour apart.

In viewer video, you can see the fire on Hempstead Boulevard just after 10 p.m. Sunday.

A sources on the scene says the house was destroyed. No one was hurt.

Officials say there was also a house fire about a half mile away on Newtown Avenue, 40 minutes later.

There was also no one injured, but News 12 has been told 10 people were displaced and are being assisted by the Red Cross.
