2 gang leaders sentenced to 35 years in fatal shooting of Dutchess County teen

Dwight Reid, also known as "Dick Wolf," and Christopher Erskine, aka "Beagle," were convicted of racketeering and narcotics offenses after a nearly three-week trial last year.

Two leaders of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Bloods Gang have been sentenced to 35 years in prison each for their roles in the fatal shooting of 15-year-old Jalani Jones from Dutchess County.
Dwight Reid, also known as "Dick Wolf," and Christopher Erskine, aka "Beagle," were convicted of racketeering and narcotics offenses after a nearly three-week trial last year.
The shooting occurred in Poughkeepsie in 2019. The gang's other crimes included a drug-related robbery in Peekskill and a drive-by shooting in New Rochelle in 2020.
Reid, the gang's founder and highest-ranking member, and Erskine, the gang's street leader, were sentenced by Judge Philip M. Halpern.
