The office of the Attorney General says two former workers at an East Meadow nursing home have been indicted in the alleged sexual abuse of a female resident.
Prosecutors say there was also a cover-up at the Fulton Commons Care Center after the sex assault in the fall of 2020.
Former nurse Daniel Persaud is charged in the assault, and Carol Frawley, a former director of nursing, is accused of falsifying business records to cover it up.
