Police say two brothers are under arrest in connection with a hit-and-run crash that left a Newsday truck driver seriously injured.
The truck was heading westbound on Montauk Highway last Sunday when a car plowed into it more than a week ago.
The truck overturned and driver Douglas Piekarski was hurt.
Police say Anthony Dambrosio, of Patchogue, is accused of leaving the scene of an accident.
His brother, Michael Dambrosio, of Medford, is charged with tampering with evidence.
