Police have arrested a 19-year-old man for stealing thousands of dollars from BJ’s while he worked there.
Police say Wilmer Genis Perez, of Mastic, stole $8,000 from the location on Old Country Road in Riverhead.
Genis Perez was employed as a gas station attendant at the store.
Genis Perez is being charged with grand larceny.
