? Suffolk County police are investigating the death of a 14-year-old boy who was found on the side of the road in West Babylon early Thursday morning.

Police say a newspaper delivery person discovered Garrett Quedens, of West Babylon, at around 3:45 a.m. in front of 50 Watson Ave. Quedens was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Investigators say it doesn?t appear foul play was involved in the boy?s death. They say the teen left home around 8 p.m. Wednesday and believe he was hanging out with friends in a wooded area. Police say they found drugs and alcohol in the area, but believe strong winds and low temperatures may have played a factor in Quedens? death.
